in any group o society needs a leader...and the leader itself need to own a good leadership..leadership can b use for good and bad..adolf hitler for instance,he seems to b a leader of germany people,but he set an evil direction.and he so good at it,,,,he had a great leadership skills,but waste with terrible dids..sumtyms people use leadership skills to xploit others..sumtyms people in charitable org. use leadership skills to benefit themselves rather than people they supposed to help..leadership skills can be perveted to pursue bad ends.
the absence of leadership is equal in its effects...
without it,organization ,ove too slowly,stagnate,and lose their way.much of literature about organization highlight decission-makin and implies that if decission-making is timely,complete, and correct,then things will go well....yet, a decission itself changes nothing.after a decision is made, an org. faces the prob of implimentation-how to get things done in a timely and effective way....prob of implimentation are really issue about how leadership influence behaviour, change the course of events, and overcome resistance..leadership is essential in implementing decisions successfully....
the importance of leadership when they say that a good leader can make a success of a weak plan...but a poor leader can ruin even the best plan...
